Refunds will be made to the credit card which you used for the purchase if requested not latter than 30 days from the date of purchase. Please do not request for refund after starting a video as it will automatically be charged, credit card companies charge fees for using their services leaving fraction of the funds for websites that use their services, you may select another  similar video of choice.
